Cherry Flavoured pancake with Lindemans Kriek

Ingredients

  • 250 g flower
  • 2 bottles Lindemans Kriek
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 whisked eggs
  • vanilla ice cream
  • salt

Directions

  1. Stir the whisked eggs into 250 ml of Lindemans Kriek.
  2. Add the flour until a creamy mixture.
  3. Add a pinch of salt.
  4. Take a non-stick pan, put some butter in it, and once melted bake your flavoured pancakes.
  5. Four the syrup, pour the remaining Kriek into a small pan over medium heat and stir the sugar into it.
  6. When thickened into syrup, garnish your pancakes with ice cream and some syrup.
