Ingredients
- 250 g flower
- 2 bottles Lindemans Kriek
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 whisked eggs
- vanilla ice cream
- salt
Directions
- Stir the whisked eggs into 250 ml of Lindemans Kriek.
- Add the flour until a creamy mixture.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Take a non-stick pan, put some butter in it, and once melted bake your flavoured pancakes.
- Four the syrup, pour the remaining Kriek into a small pan over medium heat and stir the sugar into it.
- When thickened into syrup, garnish your pancakes with ice cream and some syrup.
