One of the oldest and most famous distilleries in Belgium with more than 150 years of tradition.
Antwerp, 19th of March. After many years of research, Francois-Xavier de Beukelaer – doctor and pharmacist – discovers the recipe for a delicious and beneficial liquor: Elixir d’Anvers.
This liquor soon became famous thanks to its remarkable digestive and beneficial properties.
Today, Elixir d’Anvers is still prepared according to the ancient tradition on the basis of numerous herbs and plants from all over the world, which give it a unique taste all of its own.
Awards
Dozens of medals and honorary diploma programs in Europe, Australia, Africa, and United States. One of their the most remarkable diplomas is signed by Louis Pasteur.
