Ingredients
- 1 bottle Lindemans Kriek
- 2 racks of ribs
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp honey
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix the Lindemans kriek with the tomato paste, honey, salt and pepper to a creamy sauce and combine with the crushed garlic.
- Spread the marinade over the racks.
- Allow to rest in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven at 160°C.
- Place the racks on a baking plate and put foil over them.
Remove the foil after 1 ½ hours and place it shortly under a preheated oven grill to colour.
