Duck glazed with Lindemans Gueuze

Duck glazed with Lindemans Gueuze-x1200

Ingredients

 8 tbsp honey
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 1 bottle Lindemans Gueuze
 pepper
 4 duck's legs
 1 leek
 1 packet ready-made oriental pancakes

Directions

Mix the honey, the soy sauce and the Lindemans Geuze and add pepper to taste.

Put the legs on a grid in an oven tray.

Brush them with the sauce and slide them into the preheated oven at 140 °C.

Leave the duck legs in the oven for at least 1 1/2 hours, but brush them regularly.

Cut the leek in julienne and wrap them in small portions in the pancakes.

Dish up the pancakes on plates, add a leg of duck on top of it and serve, accompanied by a bowl with the remaining sauce.
