The exclusive De Moor Heart of Flemish Gin 23 distillate has pronounced zesty lemon aromas with an underlying pine, coriander, eucalyptus and lavender blossom.
On the palate: it’s superbly clean and punchy at nearly 50% alcohol volume. Flavours of Juniper and zesty citrus are very evident, both in perfect harmony with coriander, peppery spices and floral lavender.
A lingering aftertaste still reveals the lavender and citrus, now complemented with warm tones of cinnamon, clove, cassia and liquorice.
The “Heart of FG 23” is breathtakingly delicious and smooth when savoured pure.
For those who prefer it in the mix, combine it with a subtle tonic. When it comes to garnishing, less is more, just a few Juniper berries are enough to give this Gin its full potential.
