Filliers 08YO Barrel Aged Genever 700ML

The fact that Filliers Distillery has been perfecting its aging process in wooden barrels since the 1960s is clear in this Barrel Aged Genever. The wood of Bourbon barrels made from American oak gives you a nice aroma of vanilla after eight years of maturation. This softens the pronounced juniper flavor, while still clearly present.

This Genever is perfectly pure, but can also ideally be drunk in the mix, for example in a Belgian Mule.
