Filliers Dry Gin 28 – Barrel Aged 500ML

Filliers Distillery has been refining its barrel aging techniques since the 1960’s. Cognac barrels made of oak from the French Limousin were selected for this Barrel Aged Gin. The influence of the Cognac is undeniable.

As the Gin matures for four months, the citrus tones soften and the rounder, finer tones are enhanced. The wood gives off some of its color which is absorbed by the gin.
