In 2018 Filliers Distillery expanded its range of summer gins with a Pink gin. This gin is made from the authentic recipe and enhanced by fresh raspberries and the superfood goji berry. Although the character is trendy, this gin is traditionally produced in copper stills.
The infusion of 28 botanicals provides an engaging palette of flavours that subtly enhances elements through the addition of fresh raspberry juice and goji berries. This ensures a gorgeous fresh pink colour and fruity flavour.
