Stir the whisked eggs into 250 ml of Lindemans Kriek.
Add the flower until a creamy mixture.
Add a pinch of salt.
Take a non-sticky pan, put some butter in it,once melted bake your flavoured pancakes.
Four the syrup, pour the remaining Kriek in a small pan over medium heat, stir the sugar into it.
When thickened into a syrup, garnish your pancakes with ice cream and some syrup.
